Developed Training Plan / Development Strategy

Detailed clear, defined procedures to demonstrate consistency in our approach

In conjunction with Primavera, upgraded system to support the business reporting objectives

Success Factors

The five main areas investigated as part of the support given were as follows:

  1. Provision of “One source of the Truth” to the Client
  2. Defined Programme profile for remaining AMP5 works
  3. A clear & concise Project Controls model for use to prepare profile for AMP6, & other Client requirements
  4. Upskilled, confident Project Controls personnel embedded in the Mace Group team
  5. Alignment with APM processes and procedures

Lessons Learned

When working with a company who have already been working with the Client for a number of years, we realised that we very quickly needed to understand the key blockers as to why things were not happening as they should

Demonstrating exactly what we were looking to deliver, and showing clearly defined steps as to how we would get there, was absolutely critical

Having a firm and fixed belief in what you’re doing is correct is imperative, but it is important to remain objective whilst doing it
